Full (Conflict-of-Interest) Disclosure: This post has been made on the suggestion of a friend who works for Bank Alfallah but is not part of PG. I am posting this because I genuinely think its one of the most affordable VISA credit cards out there but my obvious bias must be fully disclosed for transparency sake. @mods if this is against the rules, please take it down.

Bank Alfallah is offering a classic variant of their credit card which is super affordable as compared to most other CCs which include an annual fee. Here are the highlights.

• No Annual or any other Hidden fee. (Free for Life)
• 0% Interest is applicable if amount is returned within time.
  Bill generation is up to 52 days later. (only for purchases done with the CC - not applicable if you use the "cash advance and withdrawal" facility)
• You can convert any purchase above 3000 PKR into an installment plan.
• Works with all major e-tailors and gaming services since its VISA.
• Zero-Loss liability - if card is stolen any thing charged on it is not your headache.
• Orbit reward system.
• Eligibility criteria: 20k income per month for salaried individuals.

dont know what the deal is, but here is what happened:

1. sent sms
2. got reply after 7 days
3. then again silence
4. then he asked for my personal details including NIC, etc. (didnt refer to a bank employee)
5. silence

been a week now. seems like a strange activity that I am doubting.

Bro my job was to submit the lead (your case) to the rep who submitted it to the bank (two times at your insistence). It is their job to contact you afterwords if your case meets the requirements. More than willing to provide proof and details of the actual bank representative to any moderator who wants to investigate this - sent them to you as well via PG PM. I have sent you the details, you can also physically visit the Bank Alfalal F7 branch and talk to her if you doubt any strange activity.

What's up with banks not giving freelancers a Credit Card? I make more than 20k through freelancing, but banks don't give a shit. They want you to have a job and all that.
