Then for some reason the GPON device is not giving your computer IP address automatically by DHCP, what you can try is manually set your computer's IP address to these and try again:Encountered the same problem. At this point, I'd just be happy if my connection's working. Customer support forwards my complaint every time, there's not much more they can do.
