They sent the billing email, Tax was 672Rs on 200mb connection 5472Rs was the total bill. Tax is the same for me from the start of the package. How much are they charging you?
I haven't been billed yet. I was expecting 19.5% GST from Jul 1.

well you're lucky you're paying this amount for 200mbps, here in Sindh total bill for 100mbps is around 5400rs, coz of extra 19.5% tax.

Expect a total wait time of 3 to 4 months despite whatever timeline you get. If you get earlier than this, you are lucky.

WhatsApp support isn't going be helpful regarding this. Call their phone helpline and ask Sales department for an update. Also try to get the number of their Fiber team lead (Shuja in Lahore).What is the whatsapp support number ? Too lazy to go through 400 pages.
I paid for connection in March so looking for an update now
If you are in an area that is already served by them, you should've gotten the connection by end of June.

SEAMEWE4 has developed a fault as well and most of TW1 traffic was transferred to SEAMEWE4 so expect more issues in the next few days.
It all depends on how efficiently PTCL can divert traffic on to the new AAE-1.

This seems more like a Fiberlink issue to me. Getting packet loss even on the second hop (right after my router, at 1.1.1.1)
And I can't ping other Fiberlink IPs near my area whenever there is packet loss.

I do see fluctuation but that's expected given the situation with the undersea cables.

That's most definitely a problem with your line. I can get to the second hop within 2ms without packet loss.
Check your fiber signal input power. Make sure it's not below -30db. Also complain to support and get them to check their equipment at your local node. Something is failing there.
What area are you in? I'm connected to the Iqbal Town node.
