It was down for me as well, support said it was something to do with their activity in the area. Has been up for about an hour now.
That's more or less normal, isn't it? I'm getting high 170 on RL, but R6 is a struggle.
Assalam Alaikum. I live in block-7 Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi and want to ask the existing fiberlink customers the following questions:
1.) Should I go for the yearly payment or monthly payment?
2.) Is the connection stable (both speed and uptime wise)?
3.) How long do they take to install the connection? And do I need a wireless router?
4.) How good is fiberlink in terms of gaming (especially in Europe,SEA and Dubai since I play Dota 2 and other online games)?

1. Doesn't matter. You will have to wait month(s) either way.
2. Yes pretty much stable for the last few months apart from a few hiccups here and there.
3. Can take weeks to months. Get an estimate and nag them every day if they take longer than the estimate.
4. In DOTA, for Karach:
EU: 120-140ms
SGP: 80-90ms
Dubai: 40-60ms

Hi guys,
It has been almost 6 months since I applied for a Fibrelink connection. Needless to say it hasn't been put up yet. What's more is that whenever I call their helpline now they tell me Sajid Sb is busy, out of office, not on his chair etc. I've been calling Usman, Shuja and Sajid some 30 times in a day and no one picks up the damn phone. I think they are intentionally screwing with me for some reason. I tried talking to their HR manager or any manager but they don't forward my calls except to the deployment dept who then tells me no one is in the office. Like wtf is going on here? Any one have any suggestions on what to do?
Do i have to come to karachi to sort this out :/

Yeah some 7 8 times. Every time I hear that their team has left for deployment and there's no one in the office. The guy told me to stay in the waiting room for as long as I want until Shuja comes back(which i'm sure he wouldn't have). They don't even tell me what my deployment issue is. Has this happened to anyone else too?
Tbh spamming facebook page does nothing. They simply delete the post (has happen to me). I say keep calling shuja (with different numbers) till he picks up and visit the office till you can get in touch with him.

Has anyone ever been able to get fiberlink within a month? Do I really have to wait 2-3 months after I've applied the connection? I really don't want to since I'm gonna be moving places, currently I have PTCL so when I move I will have no internet. So I will need fiberlink as fast as possible. Is there any way I can somehow get it faster?

If you're extremely lucky then yes.
I got my connection in 37 days and thier fiber cable is crossing just behind my house.
So if there is no cable in your area it'll take a long time.
Wtf kind of customer service is this. This is worse than PTCL and that's saying something. I'm going to open a barrage of crap on them now including fb posts and calls. I dont see anyother way.
I got my connection installed in 36 or 37 days. It mostly depends on area.

So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
