Spoke to Nauman today, he said I should come to Head Office on Saturday as management from Karachi is coming and register my complaint. He's like " top management doesn't care, what can we do?"

Once you deal with them enough, you'll start to see the cracks. Your messages would be replied to after hours when the issue is already resolved etc.

What I do is if an issue is fixed before they've even read my complaint, i just send them a message saying it's fixed

Yep. I had a temporary issue on the 19th of April, 2017. I reported it, got a reply in a few minutes about whether I had a red light. Issue resolved itself a few minutes later. So I told them it was all good. They did not read or reply to the message at the time.

On 24th April (5 whole days later) I get a reply from them about my connection being down due to a power issue. I hadn't complained; they presumably responded to my messages from 19th April. And my connection was up at the time; in fact, I was connected to Fiberlink's wifi when I received their reply, lol. Their management is an absolute mess. It's terrible.

PTCL also had only one person on their Twitter support but that never had this issue despite him getting constant tweets.

Not yet. Previous week i got today's date and today i got 4th May. But well i know the do have burden of many things. I can wait coz i am not the only one, it's been a history with previous clients that their connection got installed not less than 2 months.

I visited their office last week and there were 5+ guys that had been waiting there for hours just to get to the relevant person. Nobody was there in office except watchmen and sweepers.

Go to their office on Saturday, I was told higher management is coming from Karachi

Just talked to Nauman. He said that I am from tech depart and unable to tell you the status. If you are in Khi, You must visit head office to get the correct info.
No one will tell you anything. This is the system of fiberlink. Too much work load

I've read some comments and came to know that there are some people who have been waiting for even more than 6 months for the connection after payment. I am in Karachi now. Can I visit their head office here in Karachi and expect some results? Can anybody share his experience of their dealing in head office?
There is a guy name Sajid in karachi office. Try to meet him.

Did FIBERLINK stopped collecting the payments from home? My due date was today but the guy didn't come to receive the payment today. I got a email stating a bank account number and last payment date.

Contact thier billing department.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
