Yep. I had a temporary issue on the 19th of April, 2017. I reported it, got a reply in a few minutes about whether I had a red light. Issue resolved itself a few minutes later. So I told them it was all good. They did not read or reply to the message at the time.
On 24th April (5 whole days later) I get a reply from them about my connection being down due to a power issue. I hadn't complained; they presumably responded to my messages from 19th April. And my connection was up at the time; in fact, I was connected to Fiberlink's wifi when I received their reply, lol. Their management is an absolute mess. It's terrible.
