I am going to change my router. Can any one tell me what is the procedure to inform fiberlink about it ? And what information we have to provide them and how much time do they take to update it at their back end ?

Call them and tell them you want to change it. You'll have to ask themfor your ppoe settings and they will bind your Mac address to the new router. Tell them if you can't configure ppoe and they'll help you with it. If you can do it yourself, The process should take about 10-15 minutes( If fiberlink picks up)

I have the ppoe settings , i have noted them down from existing router. Should i call them on UAN number? Any specific extension ?

I don't have the exact extension. Call the Uan and choose support, They routed me pretty quickly to some female tech support and it was done in a few minutes.

To further ease the process configure your new router with FiberLink pppoe credentials first before calling them ( obviously the link will not connect and gives you error but that way they'll simply have to click a button from there end and your new router mac address will bind and it'll connect )

My connection started doing that about an hour ago. It's stable for about 10 minutes now. Hope it stays that way.

No one is picking the call at this time. I waited for 10 minuted and then hanged up. At what time do they attend call quickly ?

They did at least for me. Maybe in your case they bind the address of thier modem.

They do bind MAC, but I had them bind my Laptop's MAC instead of a router since most routers can clone MAC. So if I do need to change the router in the future, I can simply clone my laptop's MAC on the new one instead of having to mess around with support over phone hoping to get lucky.

You don't really need to do it anyway because you can simply clone your old router mac to the new one and it'll work without any issues.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
