Yes, Service is so awesome.
But I don't understand why you guys did'nt got confirmation call. Atleast I got confirmation call after two days , althrough i got the dsl after a month.

Actually no . None . I'm in Gujranwala and no HEC recognized institution here . And speedyz , the PTCL service here in GRW is very fast and great . Atif bhai , our mod , phoned them and they came to intall the connection the next day . The reason they're delaying you is that there are many DSL connections being installed in your city . But here , I don't think these guys install more than 10-20 connections in a month

yea..this syux......m stuk wid world call for june now...n i hav broken my cell phone..it will *** repaired on thursady...the confirmation no is on it n if its lost i wud hav to apply for new conection...

u never know they always lie i applied for ptcl 512 and they didnt come even after 1.5 months and after that i switched to link dot net they also didnt come even after one month finally i switched back to world call they installed the connection in 2 days and their service have improved to a great extent....

I agree with Fady! That is there technique! You know!
They did something same with me! They draw it to the next day everytime you call!
But Finally I had to talk to that called person "Rashid" who had a little big post at PTCL Centre to get it!

I think you have to wait until next month, I think you will get it on 1st or 2nd of July what so ever you do!
Maybe they have a system of giving DSL at start of the month, so that no billing problems are made. I don't know if this is true but atleast this is true that I got it on 1st of June and a friend of mine got it on 4th April !

here is a speedtest


I dunno why I got such low upload speed but it is speedtest you cannot depend on it lol

and the first thing I do with this fast internet connection is to download a backup of my site getting an average of 57 KBps

So I finally I have 512 conn after 9 days . "Patience Pays Off!"

The low speed, maybe because of too many phones connected, or in the wire!
I get an average of 62!
