Fastest Android phone under 12k?

I'm an iOS user for years and don't have up to date information of Android phones. I need an Android phone. Android always gets slow so I think one with the fastest CPU and RAM is the only major requirement. I don't care about camera, how it looks or any flashy features. The requirements are as follows:

1 - Decent display.
2 - Fastest CPU and RAM.
3 - Preferably good typing
4 - Only two apps will be used on it: Careem app and WhatsApp.
5 - Battery timing shouldn't suck.
6 - Budget max 12k.

Please suggest phones.

You want fastest CPU and Ram in 12k? Well........ Here is my suggestion of best phone in this range.
I am using Redmi 4a. It is a very good phone. it is 14.5 K for new. Very good phone.

I just checked Motorola G4 play has similar specs to 4a and it's available for around 10k (Verzion single sim version box packed) so it might be a better buy then 4a don't u think ?

Where did you check? Is it available in market here in Pakistan? And what is meant by similar Specs?

G4 Play is no where close to Redmi 4a.

yes i checked the Saddar mobile market and it was available for 10k (new).

and what i meant by similar specs is snapdragon 410 vs 425 how can u say that it's nowhere close to 4a ?
