FAST Admission Test

Anyone here giving an admission test for FAST?
If yes, for which course? Which campus?

AND most importantly, how are you studying for it? Officials from FAST have said to study from SAT and that their tests aren't made from Fsc books.

Now, I'm confused. Should I study from the SAT 2 Math book or just use ECAT/EUCAT?
Any help would be appreciated.

im applying in lahore campus...and yes i need info too..pehle i used to think ke Fsc ki books parhta hun but A lvls ke itne zyada paper dekey bilkul dil hi nai kia parhne ka..and my test is on 5th...but now u are saying ke its not from fsc..a friend of mine waisey told me ke maths general hoti LCAT/SAT type ki...

I've applied too. For CS and Electrical engineering, Lahore campus. And i really need help regarding this issue too! Which books are we supposed to use?! Btw my test is on 11th. Yay.

Download the sample test paper for BS in the link. That is the best resource to give you an idea what to expect from NUCES entry test. It will also provide you the opportunity to get familiarized with the online test.

This sample paper doesn't open. I've already tried a dozen times, with IE as well as Firefox.

Dude hurry up. 30th June is the last date. Go to Fast campus in faisal town (Lahore) and take along with you the copies of your original O level/fsc certificates, O level equivalence (If you did O level), copy of CNIC/B form, 2 passport sized photos. And if you appeared for A level or Inter and haven't recieved the result yet (which most of us dont), then take your roll number slip or statement of entry (photocopies again). When you reach Fast you'll know where to go and where to submit. Oh, and also dont forget to take the amount of money mentioned on your Fast login page. Plus apna ARN number likh lena kahin, they'll ask for it.

You'll have to get your equivalence made by the Lahore board. It's on Lawrence road. IBCC ka office. Go to their site to get the info. Anyways, submit all the other documents today in the morning. Equivalence u can give after 10 days or so.

agar kisi ki equivalance abhi nai bani hui to they are giving some kinda form to fill out..when u go to submit the documents..so i think baad mein bhi deskte ho equivalance

Yeah i got that form too, as my equivalence wasn't ready and i forgot my statement of entry. So i'll give them in a few days. No problemo.

so...any idea how to study? i have only applied in CS so i only gotta study maths..but 70% of the test will be maths based and i need some serious help in that department

i appeared in 3rd july test for BS EE online test,.the major portion of advance math consisted of trignometry,conic section,integration ,derivatives nd analytical geometry,,.thesee were the constituents of my test,.,physics was quite easy .all questions were from 2nd year fsc book,,though the test was difficult except physics

gave the test today...english and iq was VERY easy...maths did a real number on my ass
