Far Cry New Dawn, the latest game in the series, is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We already knew a new Far Cry game was likely on the horizon thanks to the teaser trailer that Ubisoft released at the beginning of the week. But now, we have our first look at Far Cry New Dawn, Ubisoft’s follow up to Far Cry 5, thanks to a trailer that debuted at The Game Awards. Far Cry New Dawn will launch on Feb. 15, 2019.
Taking place 17 years after the events of that game, New Dawn appears to be set in the post-nuclear wasteland. Unlike most of the past Far Cry games, New Dawn appears to give players makeshift weapons like CO2-powered crossbows that shoot saw blades.
While the game’s exact plot is still unclear, according to details we know, players and their co-op allies will be tasked with leading a band of survivors against a group of evil marauding highwaymen as well as trying to survive against a variety of mutated creatures. The trailer also features a very brief glimpse of Far Cry 5’s principle villain, the cult leader Joseph Seed, though it’s not clear how he fits into the story of New Dawn.
The game appears to be a smaller-scale stand-alone spinoff, similar to Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. According to the Amazon pre-order listing, which went live shortly before The Game Awards — where the game’s first official trailer was set to debut — New Dawn will cost $39.99.

your post in the beginning was missing pc so I thought maybe they are messing pc people again like red dead redemption 2 lol . I will probably wait for it to go on sale in summer sale before buying .have learned my lesson after pre ordering fallout 76 on PS4 in past lol
