or May be Utd's board doesn't have that much confidence on Moyes as compared to which they had on Sir Alex.

I doubt that wenger will even spend 10 M on Cabaye.
& Sir Alex came from Aberdeen where he won the league title before becoming Utd's manager, & David Moyes has yet to win any Major trophies with any team. i doubt a lot of emerging youngsters will doubt Moyes ability to help them transform into super star players. & may snub Utd because of this reason only.

U means the owners have same confidence in him as much as they had on Sir Alex last year?

And why is this that many man u fans already think that they will end up at 2 or 3 ? Is it the lack of confidence in Moyes? Or the lack of quality in the squad?

Moyes has huge shoes to fill at old trafford. He will take time and might be a decent replacement but you cant have so much confidence in a new manager who is yet to face massive pressure games. He has done well at Everton but he hasn't yet felt the heat.
Its a huge test for him and no one can blindly trust him like they did with Ferguson.

So dont try to mix Alex Ferguson with a new comer. 6 year contract is just to make him feel comfortable and think that he has all the backing (which he may have) but if he doesnt deliver in 2 seasons, he's out.

Man u fans dont even have the patience to finish 2nd (im not mocking) but this season, they might slip to 3 so keep that in mind.

Moyes has gr8 record with young players , Rooney , Ross barkley and Rodwell all are boys came under moyes . I don't know but we are in rebuilding stages , i have seen time under fergie where we finished 3rd and years without trophy , club is in rebuilding stage again with problems of replacing exp 2 CB with young ones on perm basis and solving problem in Midfield , both these things which fergie didnt sorted out but was planing to do .

Give the man time , Fergie didn't came i mean no manager within a year can go on and give there players a scolding , Plus becks etc were like fergie kids , they were like kinda scared from him , academy graduates .

Seems like bale is about to move soon ,
As I couldn't believe club like spurs spending more than two times for big players as willian is close on signing with them.

also rumour is spurs will spend around 60 mill from bale 90 mill kitty , 30 will go for willian rest on erik lamala , and some other good talents . If spurs manage to pull these players and arsenal is unable to buy any good , I see spurs finishing 4th 4 sure .

Mean while utd is going for 35 mill combined on both Baines and fellaini , fellaini for 20 and Baines for 15 . We should not spend more than that specially on bale who is no longer 5+ years left in him he is agey .
Luke shaw for 10-12 mill be better prospect , he is gonna be gr8 in future and the way saints are going marching in transfer window they need to sell some one to ease big spending .
