English Audio Transcribers Wanted

Ok so I need people to transcribe English language episodes of a web based audio show. Each show is 1-1.5 hours in length but the work involved is 6 - 8 hours per complete episode.

Pay on offer: Rs. 1,500 per 1/3 of an episode - 20 to 30 minutes of audio.

NEW: Now you get paid for doing at least 1/3rd of an episode.

Pay increased again and format changed. Now each person works on 1/3rd of an episode. Looking for people so if you are interested PM.
