First check if ur Google payment Account is not suspended if so then verify it first then call telenor helpline to get ur VDC verified they will say ur card limit increased, it means they activated ur card, after that u can use it.

I recharged my number by using telenor app through easy paisa Account but I didn't receive balance even though Rs 250 deducted from my easy paisa mobile account which which I recharged.

I received these 2 SMS from 3737

Trx ID *******. Your account has been debited by Rs 250.00 to Telenor Online Store. The fee is Rs. 0.00. Balance Rs. 131.00

yes my daily limit is 50000and I have made another card but it also did not worked. now I will try it on my another origin account

That is rather odd... If theres an option for saving card details during a purchase or a subscription, then try unticking it.

Called both easy paisa and telenor numbers, they couldn't find order ID and transaction ID, one of them told me they will email me detailed statement of my easy paisa mobile Account transactions since they have no clue about my problem.

Try sending 50rs to your number again to see if it was a timely error or something.

I won't do it again atleast from telenor app, it worked in the past by using easy paisa app though. Either I want to receive that easy load or to reverse the transaction in my easy paisa mobile account, untill it is not solved I will keep bugging them. Already email, called, messages on their Facebook IDs.

I am sure that the My Telenor App (atleast on Android), doesn't work for doing online recharge. I wanted to top up Rs 100 on my sim. I used my HBL's debit MasterCard which is already activated for online use and I have used it successfully on aliexpress and other sites so many times and never faced any problem. I got an SMS from HBL that a transaction of Rs 100 was made but the telenor app showed that the recharge was unsuccessful. So I advice everyone not to use it to do online recharge for your sim or for your easy paisa account.
Which helpline did you try calling? And has the issue been resolved for you?

deleted both my cards and made a new one which worked on origin though when trying to buy origin access membership it gave me error saying"prepaid cards r not eligible for origin access membership"
can anyone confirm that this card can be used for origin access membership?

I called both Telenor & easy paisa helpline but my issue not resolved yet but I got this email from telenor:

Unfortunately we cannot buy Subscriptions with Debit cards of any sort. SO you can buy games on Origin, but no Sub
