DVD Player advice

Hello, PGers i wanna buy a DVD Player to watch movies on my tv please recommend me one and dvd player should have the ability to read dvd written by my computer.(so i can watch downloaded movies).

First of all you need to convert those movies first then those will be play by your dvd player, And Dvd is not an good option, Why Dont you buy a WD Digital Player It can play mkv format just put it in flash and play it directly

any idea how much will it cost? and my tv is old crt with av channel will it work ? and how's the picture quality.

Can you please specify the model numbers, it'll be easy for me that way. and from where can i get it(digital media player) in 5k and as i said earlier my tv is old and it only support av (three inputs red,white and yelow), but i'll upgrade to a bigger tv in future so please suggest accordingly.

Well so far, only Asus O! Play Mini looks cheap(5OOOs), anybody have experience with that? user reviews at Newegg and Amazon seems good.
another question what should i buy portable hd or usb pen drive for media player?.

Well just bought oplaymini its best. much, much better than typical dvds. i can even watch the dramas(sarabhai vs sarabhai) from ma 'FLASH DRIVE" on my old CRT TV thanks for suggesting digi media player over dvd playa. thanks again. .
