we've recently had a little arguement over this issue in the team section, some moderators (including me) feel that we really don't need a censoring system here, while other's feel that censoring is required ..

and it has been implimented for a temporary time, so what this does is *** out all the bad words, you know what those are already ..

i feel like the general people should have a say in this too, would you like to keep pakgamers as it is, or should we turn it into a child safe forum and turn off all bad language.

Yes way! Since this was my idea in the first place. Although I never asked for the f-word to be censored. I only asked for a few selected (and very offensive) words to be censors. Ah well, I have no more excuses. Bring out your rotten tomatoes people.

So whats the censoring for?
Most of the members(no matter what there age is) have played games like GTA:SA, Bioshock and all other games with M,or a 17+ ESRB rating............So a site without proper censoring doesn't matters.........
Yeah censor it to some extent, no hardcore stuff..................

it puts bad impression what if your cousins and family members are around when u r visiting forums, if they see these words then what will they think about you and us... abusing might be the reason of no female members here... remember we are representing Pakistan Gaming Community

edit: either way but mostly i would go with NO, coz it might interfere with other words...

or just make a rule for nyone using that kinda word censor it partially himself like f*ck this or a*s or something.... or they will get warned etc
