But I think you can't dislike anything.

It is there because it is a part of the Like-Thank-Dislike plugin we have installed. However, we have disabled dislikes because it needlessly causes thread flaming and fights.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
