Cheap PSU 280WATT.
Price: 650( will prefer local buyers as shipping is gonna cost more than its price) This PSU has handled C2Qpaired with HD6670 and GT 630 w/o any issue. ( NO SIX PIN) NOW=550

HDMI TO DVI Converter. (Works Fine and works upto 1080P) ( it is brand new just to test it against ps4 but it doesnt work with ps4 but it is tested with pc)

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
