Custom User title?

I used to have a custom user title, and then I was inactive for a while and it was changed to "PGiversary" and now I can't find where to change it. Was this feature taken away from me for some reason, other people still have custom user titles under their usernames on PG. How do I change mine?

Members with 500+ posts can use custom titles, this was implemented sometime ago :\

Usercp > edit your details > custom title
