Reason for sale is that I am not a gamer and this processor, while performing nicely, is overkill for my needs. I am looking to downgrade to a slower chip that will suffice for my simple needs. I think this chip is more suitable for a gamer.

Price is inline with current second hand market prices. Its also negotiable. If anyone is interested they can contact me to make an offer.
