Well check via realtemp it gives the temperatures and the operating frequency, or AIDA.
It's a glitch.
Showed same speed glitch while checking my proc. too
HWiNFO64 (or HWiNFO32 for 32-bit operating systems).

One More Thing I have Noticed When I Start My PC, I noticed Cpu fan movement it moves a bit but wont start than for 3-5 Sec CPU's Fan Spins at Full Speed than slow down and remain at constant Speed.. !! and my pc starts.. !! IS it normal or Is thinS a Problem ?

iur pc cpu fan is running on control mode, in bios settings u should off it so that fan can move to max speed, but if ur temps of cpu is fine as its toO Cold out here, so its fine for now

Its simply Intel Speedstep technology..its spins fast in the beginning and then its slows down..
nothing to worry about..
disable the C1E Stepping and Intel speed step in Bios..
and u are good to go..no issues..!!!

O sir jee, speedstep is just changing clockrates as per requirment, and c1e is just a halt stage in which the cpu is partially turned off, not related to fan much.

oOH man what to do .... what is C1E and SPeedSTEP ? and does these options are causing FanSpeed up-down ?

These are "power saving" technologies but work with processor utilization preferences.

For example:

When you run a demanding application, processor utilization may increase and it would be important for the processor to run at its peak (stock) speed for optimal results. During this scenario, the aforementioned technologies will not interfere and would allow the processor to run at its peak (stock) speed.

However, when the processor is idle or inadequately utilized; these technologies clock it down to preserve power accordingly.

For detailed technical explanation:

Processors — Frequently asked questions for Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology on mobile

For the CPU cooler fan-speed part;

Yes, its speed is influenced by temperature of CPU.

This is the logic:

Higher clock speed of CPU => Increase in CPU temperature accordingly => Increase in CPU fan speed accordingly

Lower clock speed of CPU => Decrease in CPU temperature accordingly => Decrease in CPU fan speed accordingly

^ U misunderstood, the problem is when he starts the computer his fans behave abnormally and then it turns on.
not when cpu is being used or anything.

So what u're saying is that in normal pc's cpu fans start at full speed and slow down, after 5 sec,the pc boots?
As far as my experience goes, yes. Some motherboards read BIOS settings after a second or two. I don't exactly know what does it mean, but that's my assumption. I may be wrong though.

Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
The cross gen era really made people think 60fps would be a new standard lol

Welp, done with Hellblade 2. Thoroughly disappointed. Such a nothing burger after the unique experience of the first game.

I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

It is indeed the worst generation by far.

Both PS and Xbox have been a flop this gen as they can barely maintain 30 fps in a lot of AAA games th.

  • L LegacyGamerGuy:
As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

Score 1 for game pass. I wouldn't pay full price for this at retail either.

Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.

Still, I don't like either Sony or Microsoft as they are focusing more on corporate greed than delighting customers. PC gaming is best of gaming and worth every penny.

PC Gamer score of 58/100 for Hellblade 2??? Is it really worse than Gollum that was 64/100? Microsoft games can't even come close to high scores of Sony exclusives apparently.

About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.
