XBOX Copying games from USB to 360, need help!

hello guys,
i recently got my xbox jtagged and need to know a few things. I have this game downloaded on my PC and want to play it on my console. How do i transfer it? I have tried to do this through my 2gb usb (game weighs 1.86gb) but the game never gets detected on xbox, The uSB is detected by the console but it never gives me any option to copy stuff. I also need to know step by step process of how to install a downloaded game and run it? Urgent help would be highly appreciated

if you download an iso file of game..... convert it using "iso2god" and put the output folder in xbox hdd:/content/00000000000000
if you download an already converted GOD format game (GOD folder name something like 4541095D) then put it directly into xbox hdd:/content/00000000000000
