Here's another way to bypass the imposed torrent throttling: https://filestream.me/—It works just like Furk.net except that this one does not have a daily limit. (It does, however, have a limit on maximum torrent size, which is 5GB.) Put the magnet link of the torrent you want to download, Filestream will download the torrent to their storage (doesn't takes much time from them to download). Once it's downloaded, you can easily download it over HTTP, thus avoiding the speed throttle since there is none on HTTP downloads!

Note: Once you are ready two download, they provide to options: Non-SSL an SSL. Use the Non-SSL link—the other one doesn't works.
Man, this is freaking sweet. Thanks for letting us know! I've downloaded stuff like crazy in the last 24 hours. The only downside to it is that downloads can't be resumed if they get interrupted. :(

is it safe to use these with Torrents taken from private trackers such as IPT? as they might ban us?

I don't think that such services with work with private trackers. On the off chance that they do, be aware that these are essentially "leechers." In other words, they download without uploading anything which might unsettle your ratio since private trackers care about that. So I advise against using such a service with private trackers.

Yeah but that's not a problem in my case the torrent will show up in Hit and Run list and i can remove it using Points.
but if they track the client they might ban for no reason

I wouldn't recommend it at all. They might use some sort of banned client and it is "Instant Ban" from private trackers in that case. Just stick to Public Trackers or get another DSL connection if you really want to use Private Trackers.

yes ptcl connections are also shared but ptcl gives full connection speed to every user due to their hugeeeeeeeeeeeee bandwidth servers. i have used ptcl at about 100 locations all over pakistan and get full speed. if you are not getting their might be a problem with your line.
