^firstly .. its not a chip .. its a firmware modification .... secondly ... yes going live with modded firmware can get you banned ... LT or anything ... in my opinion .. live and piracy dont go together .... thirdly .. dashboard updates are available on the internet so that you can put it on a usb or burn it to a cd and use it .. so you can easily get the update

i hope when i'll upgrade my 360 i dont have to download optional media update again because i'm banned i cant download optional media update.i know we can download system updates for xbox360.com but they dont provide optional media update.

nice , so guys who could not use large hdd can now do so , i have my self intalled all my games on a 500gb usb sata . though i have a j-tag console . i am glad that the rest of u can now enjoy the some of the advantages of large hdd .

Sweet. I can couple two 16GB USBs with my 20GB hdd to give me a combined storing space of 40GB+. Lets hope MS doesn't use too much of the USBs space for system purposes. A 20Gb hdd has only got around 14GB of free space.

Yeah, Xboyhot sells em for around 5500.But we can use the USB for transferring demos/profiles and more, so If you already have a USB you're in luck

You have been on LIVE, na? You know MS makes content downloaded off LIVE console specific i.e. gamerpics, themes, DLCs are all console and profile specific. If you want to use it on another console you have to log onto LIVE with the profile it was purchased with.
