cod 4 help needed

i try hard and hard but i does not able to connect to any cod 4 server
some of the servers give " cd key authorization error "
and some of them give long connection time out
ptcl gaming server give me high ping

where i have cod 4 1.7 patch
and have private server patch for it
and never other than this

help me to solve this issue

You are trying to join the COD4 Official Servers, which i am afraid you cannot. You can only join the Cracked servers for this game. Following are the servers, currently available in Pakistan and they will give you better pings also.

Micronet (MBL) TDM [Hardcore]
cod4.dsl.net.pk:28962

Micronet (MBL) SND [ProMod]
cod4.dsl.net.pk:28964

Brain Tel Server
203.128.6.145:28960

PTCL Server
221.120.202.182:28960 (However i wont recommend you to play here because its a hackers place)

XG PTCL Servers (XG is a clan, its their public server)
xgptcl.serverhttp.com:28960 SND [ProMod]
elite.servehttp.com:28960 SND [PAM4]

MBL (Micronet) servers are recommended because of the good pings and quality servers. Rest of these are mostly crap including BrainTel.

Just add these Ip's in your Favorites inside game and Enjoy

Try all of the mentioned servers and see if the problem persists.

You said something about Private Server Patch ... dont tell me you replaced the .exe file with the original Multiplayer one <_<
Use the Original .EXE of the file and it will work.

Yaar lets make things simple for you.

Install the game AGAIN.
Install the Patch 1.6, THEN Patch 1.6-1.7
To play Single Player, download the 1.7 Crack from GameCopyWorld.
Update your PunkBuster.
Start the Multiplayer, Enter any Key Generated from Razor1911 Keygen.
Enter a Name
Join any of the above mentioned servers
Start pwning
