[SOLVED] Can I upgrade to Windows 10 wihtout loosing my data in D and E partitions?

(I know this isn't a hardware related question, but I couldn't find any more specific category to post it in) Salam guys! I reverted back to windows 7 after getting fed up with the windows 10 automatic updates which ruin everything. From drivers to internet speed. But I didn't know that my GPU wont work properly in windows 7. So I now have to install windows 10 again and find a way to stop Windows 10 automatic updates. But first, I want to know whether I can upgrade from my activated Windows 7 to Windows 10 WITHOUT loosing any data in other partitions of my HDD (i.e D and E where games and other things are installed). I know it will delete everything installed in C Partition but I don't want to loose data in other partitions. Help would be greatly appreciated guys! Thanks!

Yes you can. Just select C when it asks you to select a partition to format and install windows on. ezzzz

Windows 10 updates feature can be turned off from control panel. Which I done and it has been going great. while in the Drive selecting stage, Just select the C drive in order to install the window on C.In case you face any trouble installing in any other partition, just use Diskpart trick to online the partition. Moving it to Software Den

i am using the same trick to stop update of the windows 10 to the latest 1709 release my OS is currently on the prior level 1703 and it feels comfortable for games
