MULTI can I play Jak 3 on PC?

The question is that I want to play Jak 3 on PC like on an emulator.

a laptop is a type of PC
and Jak 3 did not get released for PC but for PS2 only, so the only way for me is to go through emulator like PCSX2 but I don't know its configuration at all
