Buying a Cell phone on installements

I am seeking to buy a cell phone preferably Note 9 via installments. Now I have never bought anything on installments in the past so I am here seeking help from your guys.

Can someone please let me know the best place from where I can get the desired cell phone on installments, their conditions which apply and also without much hassle?

Try these guys you can get a phone in less than 20 mins they offer the installment duration of 3 to 12 months. You have to pay some amount in advance with signed bank cheques for the number of month you will be paying the installments. My brother bought the phone with them but they charge intrest and their retail price is exactly what is listed by the retailer. So the phone may end up causing more than it's casual cost but i guess that's there fees for providing such service.
