And its my personal opinion...

First ov all I am not a PG senior I am just as new as u are.
& the above list is just an idea of building a pc, u can make amends & change the stuff as ur requirements.
& i just listed all the items from a single website for the ease but u can search other webs to get good or different stuff.
OR some other members will come & help u if they care. :bd2:

Mobo: May be u can change to AsRock H77-M @ 9,300 PKR
PSU: I dont know anyother i thought cooler master is good.
HDD: If u dont want 2TB then downgrade it to 1TB. & i think SSD is too expensive to buy.
GPU: Gtx 660 > HD7850 & they are about the same prices if u can add some bucks & go for HD7870 its upto u.

Don't know much about SSD but I heard Intel ones are pretty good
That will make about 73k leaving you a good 27k for a good LED and casing (don't spend too much on casing just see if it has good airflow) and unless u plan to overclock in the foreseeable future I don't think you will need a aftermarket cooler as the new generation components tend to run pretty cool

This is a very good build but i would suggest a few improvements:

Must-> GPU: Club3d 7870 XT

Optional-> If you want to future proof your PC and get incredible topnotch power then go with a Core i5 3570k and a Z77 mobo.

Not even the creators of those handheld claim them to be the future of gaming and seeing that to play pc games on these handhelds you need to stream from a PC you are very badly misguiding a new member.

Also combining an i3 with a z77 is folly, dont get me wrong i get what you mean about it bieng the MOTHERboard, it does not change the fact it is absurd.

And you are recommending a Caviar Green? An ssd will only improve load times of the game not the ingame performance.
