Budget Smartphone w/ 3gb ram ?

Budget being about 20-23k, can extend of course but i don't want to invest too heavily.

3 GB ram is not necessary though, and anything with 2gb can work as well. Mainly however, i would like the battery to last a day on a moderately heavy use (such a paradox!)

I am open to consider ANY brand, i don't care if its manufactured in Somalia. Used, new, whatever.

Used Note 3, Galaxy S5 (Korean), Oneplus One, LG G3, Motorola Droid Turbo, Pantech Vega Iron 2 and Sony Xperia Z2 comes in your budget.

All of these have 3GB ram and fair/good battery timings except G3 battery.
