Blizzard recently released this statement on all of their websites
http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/securityupdate.html
Rather decent of them to actually inform their customers, unlike most companies that try to keep stuff hidden. While this has been said to only affect US accounts, EU accounts should change their security details as well, since I received this in my email:
Greetings!
We have already noted that you are trying to sell your personal World of Warcraft account (s).
Terms of Use
Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use
It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard Entertainment's employees.

Clicking on the lick shows a phishing alert, be careful if you receive any messages from Blizzard that have poor grammar, disreputable IP's or ask for your security details (As helpfully pointed out by Blizzard's loading screen tips).
