Exactly that is still happening to me I placed the order on Amazon for ASUS GTX 970 Strix on 26th Nov and till now it hasn't been shipped nor did they deducted any charges. And now I'm a bit worried whether my package will reach at my friends place on time or not since he'll been leaving for Pak on 10th Dec.

Should I be worried or should I wait since the Expected date/Arrival date is 7th Dec.

Amazon has gone crazy now they are saying expected Date is 5th and Arrival is 7th:

Bro dont worry similar thing happened to me . for Nexus 5X. i placed order on 27th Nov. and it said ETA will be 3rd DEC.8pm.
Then on 3rd Dec they sent an apology email saying it will reach on 4rd dec 8pm. and the status was: Not Yet Shipped.!!
And the next day morning it said Preparing for shipment. and then after a few ours it got delivered. even before 8pm!

Their actual delivery time seldom varies from ETA!. so if they say 7th then it should arrive on 7th or 8th at max.!

Haha...thanks mate, will let you know if situation changes. But for now I'm wishing that it gets shipped on time before my friend leaves for pak.

I've already invested a lot of amount for this particular gpu so chances are very thin that ill pay for shipping charges, since I want free shipping. But if it gets delayed then ill maximum pay 2 to 3k for shipping not a penny more.

so daraz.pk i checked my shipments and in my orders it succesfully says all orders have been shipped since 4th december and im pretty sure would receive mine by tomorrow. let's hope it turns out true.

Its status is still confirmed from 27th December with no action so far. Their customer support guys are the biggest liars of all time everytime they say its ready for shipping and will reach you within 2 days.

Go to their facebook page and there are horror stories of ppl receiving wrong or worthless things instead of their ordered ones.

I ordered 3 items in total. two small household items and a PS4.

Got the household appliances after 2-3 days so was expecting the PS4 soon also but it has been more than 10 days now and still no sign of the PS4. It has not been dispatched yet and there is no progress on the status. Contacted the customer support guys multiple times (each time its a call of 12 to 15 minutes because of the wait). Every time they give a different reason and tell me that item will be delivered within 2 days but no progress of any kind, total liars. If they dont have it in stock atleast they should come clean and tell it straight away.

Should we be worried ??

Hi Daraz, Can you please look into my query also:


Ibrahim Shamial Order # 305949722 still not delivered. No action has been done on it since 27th December 2015. The Item status is in confirmed state but there has been no progress after that.
Multiple calls have been made to the customer support guys but they have no satisfactory answer and are unable to tell the reason for the delay.
Please mention the reason for the delay and let me know the expected date of delivery.

Ibrahim Shamial Unfortunately this tracking number is not working on the Leopards website. I called the Leopards helpline to inquire about it and they said that this is just an online tracking number which they issue to you before item is picked up. The tracking number only gets updated in their system once the item is handed over to them by Daraz Online Shopping. This means that the item is still with you and has not been shipped or handed over for shipping. Can you please double check the status and provide me with the correct information.

Hassan Chughtai Ibrahim, they have been giving the same shipment tracking number to ever one, since its not a valid tracking number on LCS website, they tell you its an issue at LCS part.


I have ordered a laptop and they have given the same tracking number to me as well, Customer service is also not responding
