So finally received both of my consoles by daraz through TCS and Leopards. Working flawlessly. Boxes had few bumps at the corners during the delivery process and all but i don't mind it unless everything is fine inside. So long story short our wait was worthy enough since we had new modes having 1200 series. :thank_you:
I had ordered the nathan drake collection region 1 ps4 from homeshopping.pk for rs.42990 on nov 27 black friday. They said 15 - 20 days. Yesterday when i inquired about my order, they gave me the new year - christmas excuse with delays in buying / delivery blah blah, they have yet to purchase it from usa and the rep said i might receive it in the first week of jan.
The problem is i have already made the payment as it wasn't available on cash on delivery option.
Also their customer support is pretty pathetic, they don't reply to emails, messages on their website, hardly pick up calls, yesterday they responded to whatsapp. I am pretty disappointed with them, and never again plan to buy anything from homeshopping.pk

What else can you expect from these amazon wannabes? Businesses in Pakistan are built on dishonesty, lies and deceit.
And it is this attitude of ours that keeps them going. This 'late but still delivered'.
Today i asked them for a refund, they said it cannot be refunded as they have already made the order in usa, i then asked them to change the order to ps4 region 2 for rs.40990 which was available at their lahore warehouse, this time the already made usa order didn't matter to them and they willingly and happily changed my order.
The reason i gave up a reg 1 ps4 with a 60$ game and got the reg2 ps4 is because i've a few days leaves in which i wanna play and couldn't wait another month.
i supposedly should get the order in 48 hrs.
But man i'm never buying from homeshopping and never paying advance cash to these websites again.

Word of advice to all
Font shop online and pay in advance.
Only hand to hand deals are best in pakistani community.
These websites take soo long to give ur order and always delay.
Best bet is to buy from whole saler.
Its safe and easy and he books ur orders without taking money from you or in aome cases only 10 %.
Trust me the difference in products is real u never get what u ordered and u cant argue after u pay them.
