Hello everyone, I have applied for the MCB lite 6 weeks ago & haven't got the card delivered yet. They called me and said that my address wasn't right so the card was returned also told me to change my secondary address into nearest MCB branch by calling helpline. I called them & changed my address but this was 5 weeks ago... I'm calling the helpline every week & they tell me to wait 3 - 5 working days then nothing happens so I'm forced to call them again & again.

Any good suggestions/recommendations for me?

Same story, It took me 3 months to get the card.. After I contacted them on Facebook (I received the card in 8 working days).. They've really helped me. Calling the helpline won't solve the Issue.. Do what I said. PMing you the Conversation between Me and MCB

so who is using MCB Lite IBFT for transferring money into MCB lite wallet from other banks? Bank Al-Habib failed (even though transaction went fine but I haven't received any money into my MCB lite mobile wallet)

Works fine with BAL but I've same issue as you with SBL. Try a different bank maybe?

Anyway, I've tried it on: EA Origin, Valve Steam, GoDaddy, Google Play, Humble Bundle and it worked all of them. Standard dollar charges.

I've successfully received funds from standard chartered and some other banks to my mcb lite many times. However, i faced problem when someone sent be money through Bank Al-Habib. Initially it appeared that transaction went fine, but i did not receive any funds in my mcb lite. The amount was credited back to Bank Al-Habib account after some days though.

The person who sent me money made a complaint but they told him that the amount will be reverted soon. It took more than a week for the amount to revert back.

yeah they have told me that it will be reversed but that's not a solution <_< I hate going to MCB for the deposit

I tried sending money from Standard Chartered it works. Instead of depositing money from a branch I send it to someone who has SCB account they send it to my MCB Lite. On international purchases I never had any problem with it.

A guy sent me cash on my MCB lite account (Was selling something on PG marketplace) from his Al Habib account and it hasn't been received yet whereas everything went through normally on his end and the amount is gone from his account.

So now should he call Bank Al Habib and tell them about this or will it be refunded automatically?

A month ago, I used my Lite for some online shopping. I called the website owner and he said he had not received the amount. I called MCB and they said that the money HAD been transferred. They said I should wait a week, if the money is not returned I should complain in a Lite branch. I could not go to the branch because I was away, and the amount was very small.

BUT 1 month later, I received the money back. This is very surprising because I honestly thought I had lost the money. MCB transactions are indeed reliable in the long run, just not too reliable when you actually make the payment
