Your CNIC is in their database, otherwise you would not be getting that error. Something must be a miss on their activation side or something.you should wait for like 24-48 hours..

ok so here the thing.. today i called the helpline again a girl (maryam) asked me my details..she checked my cnic number and said that your cnic is not in their database, means i haven't applied for lite..which i did 2 months ago..i told her about it..then she asked me to sms lite to 6222 (said that you will receiver a call from head office soon) or apply online..i told her that whenever i try to registry online i receive an error saying "CNIC Number Duplicate"..i told her about the error thingy too...then she asked me to try the sms method..she hang up the call.. i texted lite to 6222 and instead of a call from them they sent me the same link through which i registered online and got the error..now i wanna ask that as she said that my cnic is not in their database then why am i receiving this error..

You can either try again on the phone and see if someone else picks up and maybe can help you or go directly to the bank and explain your problem there.
