Bank atm urgent help needed

hey guys,i have faysal bank account,i needed to withdraw money but faysal bank atm was not working as usual so i used hbl atm to withdraw money,first time,25k were withdraw successfully but second time atm responded after one minute that no response from issuer and card was ejected but i received msg that your account is debited by 25k,i re inserted my card to check balance and my fear was true,50k were cut from my balance but i got 25k,i called faysal bank helpline instantly and they said that if money did not came out of atm then it will reverse in your account in 24 hours,if not then register complain here,bank will inquire,i want to ask that some one has countered this situation? this was relatives money so i am in tension big time ..... @Jshak ..... kamran saeed?

hahaha oh yar dont worry transcation reverse is not big issue it will be reverse within 24-48 hrs if not then you can fill complain but dont worry it will be credited to you in few hrs you will get message

Whats your daily ATM withdraw limit?

Sounds like you hit your limit so you didn't get no monies

IF you got a receipt out of the ATM and no cash, KEEP THAT receipt and show it at bank for transaction reversal.

bro,daily limit is 50k as i have gold card,i did not got receipt and debit card was ejected but i received sms on my cell that your account has been debited by 25k,then i checked my accouunt balance,i told help line guy whole story and he said that wait for 24 hours,if money is not reversed in your account than register complain

Happened with me 2 times as well. Had to call bank to register complaint and the money was reverted.....no problems.

dont worry just wait untill ist working day incase it doesnt
last time it happened to me and it reverted back in just 6 hrs

we used to handle same cases every day but telling you no one can take money out of your bank without your consent so in this atm case your money usually reversed within 24 to 48 hours and if it doesnt reversed just go to your bank submit an application form available at accounts officer and then your money will be reversed in upto 15 days bcz your bank will have to contact the other bank whom atm you used through their central atm opertion department and there are hundred of complaints per day that why it takes time but for sure it will reversed
