Get 660 Ti As it is a newer card though it sounds like a Old Card Or enhanced version of 660 but it is a new card and IMO it should fulfill your gaming needs at 1920x1080/1920x1200..

As Far As 7870xt is concerned It has heat and Driver Optimization Issues..

At What Price You Are Getting the Cards Tell Us.

I dont have the 660ti now as I upgraded to 7970 last year. Ill share the GPUz for 660ti when i get home.

dear cost dosnt matter, matter is Graphic perfamnc.... why u pick 660ti?

Its better than 7870xt in every way.
660ti has:
1) Better performance
2) No heat up issues
3) Consumes less power
4) Less noise
5) Relatively better driver support
6) Mantle isn't a big deal if you have good Processor

There is no reason to consider 7870xt if price isn't a problem.
I would rather say you should consider Gtx 670 or Radeon 7950.

I have used both and I found 660 Ti way better. Less heat, less power consumption than 7870XT and yes Nvidia gives eye candy graphics.

i also switched to 7970
for the price both r amazing ... 7870xt = 270x which is slightly faster especially at 1080p
but club3d 660Ti is a beast if u overclock its memory ... as good as 670gtx
u can see my temps at those insane clocks here but those c;ocks cant be used 24/7

Dear No driver issue at all performance is top you wont beleive i got 50+ fps with this card in Metal Gear Reavengeance at ultra highest setting and my processor in g620 now how u can say its worse in performnace when compare to gtx 660ti and bro im totally satisfied with this card
or bhai me apne card ko clean krta hn and every month change the thermal paste thats why i dont get temp issue and i only have low psu thats why i cant oc
and bro specailly add a point in ur mind no gpu is future proof......

I didn't say it has drivers issue, I said 660ti has relatively better drivers support thats all.
As I stated above, this card performs very well for its price, but its really not better than 660ti.
660ti is more of a 7950 category than this.
I also keep my card clean, but I don't bother with changing thermal paste every month. It violates my cards warranty + its a big hassle.
Why should I be forced to change thermal paste that often to keep my card from heating up?
I have a good PSU, and this card overclocks really well, (Core clock 1150MHz is easy).
Also I do agree that no GPU is future proof , but why should one buy a bad gpu if he can afford a good one.
