No , because homosexuality is a curse and is only spreading even more. There are some crimes where even the privacy of ones bedroom does not exempt him from punishment. This is one of those for us religious types.

My (girl) cousin had done a thesis for her Canadian Uni on homosexuality in Pakistan. You will be shocked by how many gays there are in PK, let alone famous figures. You will also be shocked by the stories you hear from these folks about how the crowd treated them if they dared coming out.
It'll be easier for everyone to mind their own damn business... and btw - sometimes homosexuality is by birth and is not a choice to most....
From my personal experience, I was a homophobic, being raised in a 'gangsta' style crowd before coming to PK. But once I met my cousin and she dragged me around and I was introduced to some of these men and women, I figured it wasnt a big deal at all...
But because this is Pakistan, we hate, kill, murder anyone who is different than us. Different belief (even in the same Islamic sect), different thought, different color, different life style, different sexual orientation, different anything... we are so bound on hating others that the world fuckin hates us...
look inside yourself before hating on someone...

Their should be a limit to what should be tolerated in Pakistan. Gay-ism should be punishable by death sentence in LAW as expected in an Islamic society.
Societal evils spread like wild fire in a nation which doesn't attempts to control them. Justifying societal evils under the garb of humanity will do a society no good but destroy its culture and promote extremism in the long run with unexpected ramifications, specially in a society which identifies itself as predominantly Islamic.
Also, no human is born gay. People adopt what they learn from experience and exposure in their surroundings.

So should be lying, fraud, cheating, backbiting, insolence, covetousness, jealousy, honor killings, and the list continues. All sin is sin, and all sin ends in death. Infact the sin of pride was the first sin and continues to this day when people think that they are more HOLY than others. Everyone sins, and everyone deserves to die and everyone dies exactly because of the sin of our Ancestors, Adam/Hawa, which was a simple disobedience to begin with.

For what its worth, I know gay people who are gay by birth, some of the most nice human beings you can meet. Some turned gay because they were raped at a very young age. I don't blame them. My own cousin was molested for 4 years by his tuition teacher from age 7-11 he is now suffering from depression and finds it very hard to be with women.
It must be really nice to sit in the judgement seat of God and keeping it warm for him. All self righteous/legalistic people behave as if they are God themselves.

Ok so we shouldn't condemn homosexuality because there are other prevalent sins. All of them are condemnable but that does not mean we should ignore one because of the existence of the other. It is against Islam . So voicing your displeasure on the act is within bounds.
The very same God you speak of destroyed an entire population for the sin of homosexuality. The people of Sodom and Gomorrah. Not because He is Cruel (An'Aauzobillah). Because He hated the act.
