Aliexpress order closed for security reasons.

So i ordered a mouse from aliexpress, from a reputable shop. I used MCB lite to pay for it. Money has been deducted from my card. After more than 16 hours, i get the email stating "order closed for security reasons". This was my first time ordering online using a card, so i don't have a clue. Will i get my money back? How to avoid this 'order closing' on my next order?

Order and money verification is done by a bot automatically, so theres bound to be some mistakes in there.
It takes around 24-36 hours for the verification process to finish.
and if theres any mishap or the order gets cancelled, you'll get the money back to your bank in 40 hours or so which amounts to total 4 days since the first minute you ordered. (Could hold unlikely for many banks).

You can also appeal the order.
Login -> Transactions -> "Your order ID" > Click on Appeal

You'll need to send them some pictures of your papers to let them know ur a real person. so it can take upto 2 weeks for the verification.

brother try one thing first i heard mcb automatically closes or cancels transaction of online order due to security misuse risk try to call their helpline and verify u r card holder and u r releasing funds maybe its the same case with u as mcb puts hold on online transacation they may think ur card is stolen etc.

Then it probably means the issue is your payment.

It didnt go through and the order wasnt even dispatched to have an issue to begin with.

Maybe your bank rejected the payment, just like ahmad94 said.

There is more loads going on with Aliexpress. I have been having some serious shipping issues with them, when you contact their sellers, they extend the delivery date, pressuring more pain to your said and confirmed delivery dates.

For instance, if you look at Aliexpress, they have a 39 days policy, depending from seller to seller, some take it to 60 days. If you don't receive your orders, they will refund you.

As far I know, the sellers have very doubious shipping issues. I ordered a few things recently according to their shipping plan, the seller used EMS on his own and He was instructed before in the shipping remarks not to use EMS, but he used it and sent it and later on argued that " I " as a seller did not inform him. Showed him the conversation, in the end he said sorry by offering me discount, as If i will re trust him again.

Quality, etc are very pathetic on most of the chinese stuff they sell. Plus, they do not mention the " Declared " value properly. This gives the custom in Pakistan to assess the value and this why we are getting very high charges these days.

As for payment, they were accepting all payment modules, but not it is not this way. Bank charges, etc are now deducting the actual paid value , then the seller get's the amount less. So International Payment plans for Pakistan is still under negotiation. I feel sorry for our banks, they work hard to ensure the payments, International Mediators are giving us a hard time,

As for Aliexpress, I now find it really scary going and ordering with them. Cause you pay them and wait for most of the items to be reached upto 45 days. There is no guarantee of you will receive it or not.

As for your payment, the International Banking Mediator will be the one to authorise it. Keep your fingers crossed.
