As mentioned in my post, I tried someone else's card...someone who has never used AliExpress on his card. I made a new account and used his card and still got the security notice.

As mentioned, i clicked on My appeal to submit documents but their My appeal page never seems to connect.

My card was working before, the issue just started a month or two ago.

Could be a technical issue.
I'd advise waiting 7 days before ordering again.

My card was working before, the issue just started a month or two ago.

same with mine bro . My mcb credit card was working fine also 3 months . 2 months ago it started getting rejected . I asked mcb bank manager and he said that sbp has asked them to scrutinise the use of these cards and as a result they have blocked a lot of foreign websites .i guess aliexpress is on of them .

My MCB lite card is working just fine. Made a purchase a week ago.

I will recommend going through their Verification process as mentioned in the text you have pasted. Do not attempt to keep using the same Card or even another Card from your computer. They will know it is you and flag you further. There's not much you can do in this case. Simply go through the verification process and you will never face this issue again. Its possible there's been an increase in the Credit Card fraud from Pakistan recently on Ali Express so they are doing this OR perhaps your Dynamic IP matched some fraud case.

Whatever the reason, simplest way for resolving the matter and not getting flagged in future from the same Card is to go through the verification.

It happened to my card also a while back...
Aliexpress is worst in sorting card security issues.....
I believe my issue was that. I was shipping items to us, auatralia & uk address to my friends and my billing address was pakistan.......

I had to make new account new card and new email and also had to upload copy of id card went through all verification....
Now i believe that u can shop and bill to same address..... Or country atleast.

1. I'm lazy.
2. It was slightly cheaper than in local market (minus the duty, because I forgot duty was a thing when I ordered it).

I'll let you guys knows what happens. It's just a simple GTX 750, cuz I'm cheap and not really a heavy gamer any way.

Never had any problems before, All the parcels reach my home. Anyone know what does that mean, Any chance of getting parcel or it will be lost? Is it detained for duty? or its being inspected by custom? I still have 25 days left before I open for dispute. Should i wait or go for a dispute? Please Help

That Sucks, If it reaches Pakistan it must be at Post Office somewhere or probably got stolen? Never had any problem before, Even another order of same Speakers which I ordered after 10 days of previous order reaches my home without any duty.
