got my one order from Ali Express, but its not what i ordered, i have sent message to the store owner with picture for him to explain because he sent a message to me that if there is any problem i should contact him before opening dispute.
should i open dispute?anyone having experienced same?

Before opening the dispute contact him. He might be able to help you before your time for dispute expires. If he's not than open dispute.

he replied me yesterday that the package received by me is not sent by him and he has sent a different one, but i did not order any thing else from Ali express

Check to see if the barcodes on the package match with what was on your order. If they do, he's probably not being honest which i think is the case here. Then open dispute.

I a history of bad experience with Islamabad imo
They always impose duty more then necessary....
$4.26 package price had to pay rs760

Nopes I don't think you can do anything about it as long as they are providing receipt for it.

I wouldn't recommend AliExpress for such gadgets, it's better to have a look and feel of the thing before you actually buy it online.

Just bought a 30k product from AliExpress and recieved within 15 days but in KSA not Pakistan and they charged only 6 riyal VAT that's it no custom duty

Because it's Saudi Arabia , bought lots of expensive stuff from Amazon and delivered to Saudi Arabia without any custom duty and shipping is only around 1k rs.

Have ordered 3 original Spigen mobile covers from AliEexpress, Although the delivery takes 20-25 days but in the end the product is as its advertised.

I would rather wait and get things delivered from AliExpress then order from rip off pakistani online stores.

Security issue problem using AliExpress!!

I recently got a credit card from SCB, since it is internationally recognized, so that I could make purchases from AliExpress.

For the first few months I was able to.

But now I get the following message after I purchase an item. The transaction goes thru successfully at first, and the amount is cut from my card...but after a few hours I get this email.

Your Order No. **** has been closed

I called SCB and they said the problem is with AliExpress. I even tried making a new account on AliExpress as well as use a different credit card with someone else's name but to no avail.

Clicking on myappeal doesn't work, as their crap site never loads the page.

Any help on what the issue is??? I can't seem to resolve this issue by making another account with a different name. Do note I was able to make purchases initially.

Credit card main refund instantly nahi ha .it takes even 15-30 days to get refund .secondly jabsae fatf ne grey list main dala ha pakistan ko .us waqt se kafi websites per pakistani card reject ho rahae ha

You will get your refund within 15 working days.

You arent the only one with security issue on AE.
Recommend you use another card that hasn't been used on this account or computer.
New Account, New PC, New Internet, New Card.

See if that works.


OR you can verify your details by using bills and stuff. I think thats how I got through.

As mentioned in my post, I tried someone else's card...someone who has never used AliExpress on his card. I made a new account and used his card and still got the security notice.

As mentioned, i clicked on My appeal to submit documents but their My appeal page never seems to connect.

My card was working before, the issue just started a month or two ago.
