get nothing other than a gree or haier... they use good quality parts and are cheaper than the mitsubishi etc....

Mitsubishi make some good AC's. Orient is also nice. If looking for something cheaper and decent quality i'd suggest Haier. Haier make some nice AC's i went to a friends house who had this AC and it literally outperforms Mitsubishi AC's in our house. Also has a nice feature like auto turn on when power goes and comes back.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
