[advice] what are the first 3 mods to do on your project car ?

As the title says, advice me on what 3 mods i should be doing on my project car?
Just bought a New corolla GLi 1.3 Manual (2016 model)

1. Don't abuse it during run-in period
2. Don't abuse it during run-in period

1. Alloy rims (if it doesn't have them already)
2. LCD touch stereo with a back cam maybe.
3. A Mc'donalds drive-thru sticker

My Top Three Are:

- Stock Sound System Upgrade
- Infotainment / Dash Screen System
- Alloy Rims & Good Tires

Rims and tires are somewhat mandatory. Although upgrading the audio would be a nice step, other than that installing an air intake would be ideal.
