Just got my Alevel(A2) final result, yesterday:

'BCC'
Math, Physics, Computing

Now, I have to apply to universities for my Bachelors. I want to study Computer Science. Most semesters start in Aug/Sept and that's when I think i will start, inshAllah.

I want to know the names of universities that have good CS programs and will probably accept me with the above-mentioned result. Canada, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey. The country doesn't matter. Any place in the world. I'd even go to a place like Finland, as long as it comes under my budget(Under $15K a year) and is accredited.

Waiting for responses.

In Malaysia you could apply to both Nottingham and Monash University. Those are the universities I'd suggest to you reasons being:

1) Both are very well recognized internationally and as a result getting into their home campuses is hard. But since these malaysian campuses do not have as much traffic, entry requirements are lower, so you can get into a great university very easily.

2) Malaysia is a cheap country to live in. Aprox expenditure would be 700-1000RM excluding accommodation. Accommodation is anywhere from 300-1000RM depending on which university you choose and wether you live off campus or on campus

3) You can still opt for exchange programmes to get a taste of Europe or the USA or whatever you prefer. At Nottingham you will incur additional expenses for studying abroad whereas at Monash you can go to any of their partner universities or their home campuses without paying extra fees.

4) Excellent place to live in, not many people realize this since everyone wants to go to the UK or the US but Malaysia is not just a place you have to go to because you can't afford the UK or the US. It is actually a really beautiful country from what I have researched so far and cheap to travel in.

If you need any more information regarding these universities, let me know. I received an offer from Nottingham but will be applying to Monash (Due to point 3 above).

Nottingham Entry Requirements.

Monash Entry Requirements.

By the way you mentioned you need something under 15k dollars a year. If by that you mean tuition fees, then Malaysia is good for you, if you mean tuition fees and living expenses both, then your total cost will be somewhere around 20k USD. And keep in mind you can not work in Malaysia, the only jobs available are ussually very low paid and even then you can only work select hours during long vacations.
