50k gaming pc build from scratch

[NBA]Hey guys, so as the title says I want to buld my very first gaming pc and just want the best within 50k. I already researched a bit and want these parts but you know advice would be highle appreciated. I definitely want to go with intel and an i5 4460 is my preferred choice. Motherboard advice is neeeded for a good mobo with usb 3.0 wth lga 1150 socket. I was considering an amd r9 270x or 280 in used but no idea where to get it so particular advice in this area is neded. Ill be playing games like dying light and gta 5.

Get a 2nd or 3rd gen i5 used along with a LGA1155 motherboard (price for both would be ~17K).
Then get yourself 6 or 8 GB RAM (4000 to 6500 RS).
Get a hard drive 1 TB (6000 RS).
Get a 550W+ PSU and a Casing (3000-4000 RS total).
Get a good GPU for the remaining money (Get either a new 750ti or a good used GTX280 or something similar).

For new parts, go to either Czone or Galaxy (Czone is at 1 minute's drive from Nipa chorangi, and Galaxy is in Saddar, the place is called TechnoCity).

I would suggest to look for a 3rd gen core i5 pro + motherboard on PG , should cost you around 17
8gb ram which should cost you 5 - 7k depending on speed
get a brandnew power supply .. Advice would be to go with thermaltake 630 for 6500 or corsair vs650
500gb HDD for like 4k
normal casing around 1k

with th the rest of the money get a r9 280 ..

You should be able to build your self a good pc ..

Where to get an r9 280 in Pakistan? These online retailers are selling it on ripoff prices. Its essenailly a 180$ gpu being sold for like 30K.

Visit your local pc shops. Prices are decent in shops and with warranty.

I bought msi gtx 960 for 26.5k

Whereas people selling it for 27k and above for without warranty.

Always check local market and buy.

If you have some one coming from abroad .. Get it from there .. If not buy a used but in good condition card from PG for around 20k
