42" Plasma Samsung need advice!!!

hello ppl iam about to buy this 42" samsung plasma tv for my ps3 ... need advice..... the only thing that drives me is the budget and this tv is v.cheap its 56k... the plasma is in for a limited time offer for world cup... its hd ready not full hd...
but iam just a HD fan...... but dont give a hec for hd ready or full hd for me they are both thje same... give me advise should i buy or not??.. or if anyone has got this already plz gimme the review!!

^ resolution does matter. and quality is way more important than screen size, cause once you buy such a thing, and if you realize it, with time you start regretting it.
the best way is to go to the store, watch live picture quality of both the 32" full hd one and the 42" hd ready one. and buy the one which looks best to you :)

hey DO NOT get a plasma!
get an IPS supported LCD.. it's almost like an LED but wayy cheaper and is reliable too.
i got a Panasonic LCD with Japanese IPS panel abt a month ago for a good price.. it's mashALLAH working great

and this aint fake.. it's practical reality.. IPS is the father of current conventional bravia and samsung lcd models available in the local market today
42" IPS supported is gonna be much more expensive than a plasma but definitely worth-it!

If you wanna game then it's better to go for a Full HD LCD TV.If you don't have enough money then save up for a while.You won't regret the results.

I dont' Know About PS3 but I use my Xbox Slim on My HP X23led and i play gta eflc and it actually looks good ...ands LED is seriously slim compared to LCD

na bhai plasma is not at all recommended even if at that price - i my self have got a brand new 42 inch lcd 1080p full supported picture n picture model from samsung show room , though the lcd is locally produced back panel is of samsung - ECO STAR BRAND WITH 2 YEARS FULL SERVICE / PARTS N BACK PANEL WARRANTY.

excellent picture quality / i am using with ps3 / xbox 360 and hd movies and its epic

If you are gonna use the TV primarily for gaming then get an LCD, If you're gonna watch movies then get an LED and finally if you're gonna watch cable a lot on it get a Plasma. Also gaming on a Plasma is a big no no, There is a huge quality difference when playing fast paced games. Need any more help? Shoot me a VM.

yes leds are better than lcds. i think plasma tvs are outdated. they were good when lcds and leds were not available.
