yh i agree ipad suck big tym.........u probably cn buy 2 n900 at ipad's price.

only wish n900 had a capacitive screen!

Am i the only one here who likes the iPad.. Its not a cellphone so stop comparing it with the n900.. consider it an ebook reader, the kindle 10" version costs 489 usd this costs 500 usd, but gives multi touch + a 10" 'colour' screen + GPU + allows it to be more just an ebook reader .. i think it will have a new iteration in about a year to include camera, and a firmware upgrade to allow multi tasking.. just two things, that will make the ipad one of the best thing to hit the market.. and i saw a point online that no social games like farmville, well they already have a contract with zynga to release social games on the ipad.. and the ipad allows you to run iphone apps and games too, so again the massive application base is the winner here..

edit: what a stupid comparison btw, programming?? It says that n900 used maemo so its hacker friendly? I think programmers always prefer better support, and the iphone has the best support for programmers among mobile devices.. swapable batteries?? call people?

I m the second one who like it...
but i like it more if they provide the mac ox with it...
but still its awesome product and it will hit the market hard...
And of course apples product are such designed that pleases the customer...
i hv an ipod touch i hv decided dozens of time to sell it when i need money, but then i couldnt make myself for it...i just love it...

its something new, people arent used to this kind of stuff yet, as a first model its okay, i perosnally wont go for it. maybe another improved model next year might include a camera etc

Tablets are shit 'neither here, neither there' products anyways, you mix that in with Apple's 'always behind' technology and voila you've got the Ipad
