Creat new ID if you want to change your country. Actually account information is fixed and you can't change it once done. So you need to make a new ID and it will be okay.
create a new profile when you get this LIVE expired and you get your new 13 months live subscription, simple...and afterall, you will still have access to your old profile for the save games and stuff
