  • no mashood is not making videos anymore, not untill he learns fulltwist flips. and as he is out of gym, he is not really into parkour these days, he had exams and other stuffs to do. as soon i am ready, i will make a video with him.
    Sure man thanks :D between didnt u search for gym in lahore, i bet there will be one, b/w i heard from my friend that there is an awesome gym in karachi with lot of availability. wish i was there if it is true. on the other hand our coach is a dick, doesnt let us do anything if he havent told us, he still thinks i cant do a handspring, if he knows that i can do backflip and other stuffs, i will be kicked from gym. He kicked mashood and two of my other friends, only me left now. its really boring these days, send me a message when u upload ur video.
    same here. yar i dont have guts to do somewhere on grass or sand. i did love to make a video but i dont know why its hard for me to jump when i am at the right place. i feel myself heavy and scared :( u really had guts already doing things outside. whens ur video coming?

    haha..no I got all A* in sciences and maths in O-lvls. Also I am pretty sure I gave the AS in the 2011 session, you kinda misunderstood it :)
    Sorry for a VERY late reply, I was busy with various things and didn't get time to check PG. Anyway as per your question, I got 4As in Maths, Phy, Comp and Economics. I dropped economics in A2 because I couldn't handle five subjects together.
    As for the D well, I overlooked the organic part of the AS and didn't pay much attention to it until the last few days. The paper was 90% based on organic(mostly the case in AS) so I screwed it up pretty bad :/

    first i would suggest that you do huge amounts of cardio daily with ab exercises every other day for the first three months on normal diet to see if your body type supports low fat without all the low carb dieting... you must have friends who do no exercises but are very cut...
    yaar aap ko saach batata hoon... you can do all the running and athletics/parkour in the world and it would mean nothing... your abs will only appear if your body type supports it on our normal daily ghar kee ghee walleee diet.... if you want to break free from that stupid chain of diet and your body is naturally without cuts even though you exercise a lot then you have to spend money... drink milk for some fat and carbs inthe morning only(your matabolism is fast then so it won't make you fat) and the remaining should only be boiled protein diet be it fish or chicken... and eating small 6 meals daily rather than large 3 meals like we normally do... this is boost metabolism and is the absolute basic thing to do... you should add both cardio and a little bit of weight training in your exercise plan... a perfect mix... after that there is no stopping you from getting abs... but it would be hard i tell... too hard sometimes....
    yes you are right... six pack does not mean abdominal exercise... you have cut the fat... if you want big abs then do the exercise... the exercise is important though as you are atleast stimulating the area... but to cut fat you have to control the diet and do exercise.... and by diet i mean you have to take only fat and protein and cut salt and carbs...
    well i was researching for my back injury and found that crunches are good for it.....doing exercise the wrong way harms....crunches on a bench is a traditional way...but m more of the hannibal kind so i do it either his way or sometimes hanging upside down.....i built 4 visible abs in about a month doing standard crunches or a little more but that was me...i had a strong start......i will definitely help you but tomorow...now i have to sleep
    my ab workout is pretty tough for beginers but i can make videos of myself and email them to you....i like to create my own workout with daily life stuff like beds and chairs...i can help you...
    and every muscle is there...having a visible muscle by just cutting the fat doesnt do the trick...your muscle has to be big and strong for it to count.....and most improtantly it should lift your weight....thats what real strength is for me

    yeah inshallah i will make another video in gym soon! he does everything, if u see any move in parkour, he can do it. inshallah will make another, between u dont wanna open up a official thread and put all the videos we make in the first post. that might be a good idea seriously
    yeah mashood can do them easily on floor, he is doing some other sick things in gym, dont know what to call them. but they are beyond my thinking lol
    the wallflip is easier than that, u still didnt find any gym there???
    lahore is a big city, there must be one. ask any of ur sports friends, who plays cricket or football, they must know where
