"New releases" is only applicable to consoles in comparison to their last gen versions. Not PC version of Cyberpunk

Both versions are re-releases with improvements not found in any version at launch. Therefore, if Cyberpunk's 86 counts, so does GTA V's 97. GTA V is a much better game, even today. Don't think anyone in their right mind would deny that
