The bill is around 4800(including taxes). They call it postpaid but still you have to pay in advance for it. The only difference is that in prepaid, you can subscribe a new package if your data runs out during the month.

So its not even one full month since i got the services, paid 5000 rs (17 oct) and they suspended my services today on 11 nov with unpaid invoice of 1400 rs. What kinda free month is this.

yup their "free month" calculation is a little different. when you pay for this month you will get 17 days free.

So how does their billing work? Bought a free month of 150 GB on the 2nd of November and the allotted amount was only 144, dafuq is that?
The speeds are amazing coming from a past 2mbps ptcl connection but thanks to an oversight of mine, nephews ate all the volume up due to the YouTube app automatically playing full HD videos and now I've been stuck with mobile data from the 27th, so when do they give the monthly invoice?
The 1st of the month or the date on which you got the connection installed?

Can anybody please explain how to add taxes and other charges to the given monthly payment.I mean i want to go for 250 gb and it's 2850 excluding taxes but I am confused as to what total would come out to be including all the charges.

Your remaining free 6gb will be adjusted in your next month bill. You're data will reset and invoice will be generated on the 1st of each month and you'll have to pay it by the 10th.

i got my wi-tribe on the 23rd november. At first it was working fine (was getting 3 bars at the most) and speeds around 20mbps. But lately i've noticed that the device is super super sensitive to its location. The guy who brought the device, set it atop the speakers on my desk. however, if i accidentally or some one bumps the desk (like a small knee bump) the device loses bars instantaneously. Even an inch to left from its original position and i lose 2 bars (1 bar on the device). and speed drop like that too. On bars i get around 20mbps, on 2 bars i get around 9mbps and on 1 bar i get 3mbps. and since it has been moved from its original place by an inch or so i cant seem to get it to have 3bars anymore. the 3rd signal bar light flickers now and then but its not stable. its still in the first free month, and i wont be renewing my package (money wasted) should have checked the signal issue during the trial days, anyhow. on the plus side stormfiber just launched their services in my area so now waiting for them. so all in all, my advice to all would be carefully check the signal strength during your trial days if it drops or gains when you slightly move the device. if i had 4 bars or even 3 bars stable throughout, its not a bad bargain in that case.

Can't access youtube by app or through the website at all on my LTE A connection, mobile network works flawlessly, anyone of you encountering this problem?

Exact same situation with me. There is just one sweet spot in my house where I get 2 bars. Slightest movement and it loses signals.

Today I asked Wi-Tribe to downgrade my package from 150gb and they are saying it will cost Rs 500 to do so. I never heard of any company asking money to change package before.
